Gleaning from this and other thread it sounds like the follwoing is the set of recommended lures

Pink Buzz Bombs
Pink squid hoochies on jig heads
Size 6 pink or green comet fly
Chartresume/chrome kastmaster
¼oz pink jig
¼oz Green mini hootchie jig
Pink corky/yarn w/ 3’ leader
White yarn/jogs/flies
1/4 oz Pink & chartuese jigg
Dick nites Pink & 50/50

Does that sum it up pretty well?

What size spoons/buzz bombs is recommended?

Thanks

Be careful with buzz bombs in the rivers. They really only work well down low in the system or in the tidewaters... The smaller the lure the better success it seems for me....

My other suggestions is to not overthink it too much. A few dick nites and a few jigs in a tackle box will score you plenty of Humpies when the run is in full swing. I'm a huge fan of getting the presentation correct and putting your lure in the right location. I'm not one to try every lure in the box, I think its a matter of sticking the lure in the right place in the right method rather than finding the perfect color/lure...

I agree with A9. Presentation means more than color IMO. I have seen people put on the same jig I was using but not get them.

@A9 - How do you rig your DN's for humpies? Do you add some split shot above, or a dropper below?

This one is pretty standard noclothes1:
http://www.steelheaduniversity.com/dicknite.html

1/2 oz for the weight should hold bottom plenty easy...No need for 2 oz weights for pinks

Thanks A9. That article is how I learned to rig 'em. I appreciate you're response.
