Never done it before and wanna try freezing and catching some fish, especially perch. Mmmmmm perch!
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga, except i still get to kill something.

Not much on your side of the mountains. Most all small lakes on this side of the mountains. IE: Rat, Roses, Fish, Parts of Moses just to name a couple. You're thinking right...By the time winter rolls around if you start now...you'll have time to gather your winter time fishing gear.

Bragging may not bring happiness, but no man having caught a large fish goes home through an alley.

As Biggy stated...Fish Lake next to Lake Wenatchee is a very popular ice fishery.

all of the above are correct if you want perch then fish lake is the lake for you. i went there about 3 times last year with the average ice depth of 14 inches there are alot of perch and you should have no trouble getting you limit. the lake is nice adn big so you dont have to be withthe larg crowds that gather by the boat launch. just remember to bring good gear and be safe.

there are lakes on this side of the mountians but need snowmachine to get to them and absoultly need shanty to stay out of the weather but its worth it for the trout and salmon.
