Mom Has Gone to the Good Lord

Today at 6pm I lost my mother. Y'all are like my family. I wont be on for a while. I'll be moving in with my dad so I can take care of him.I'll come on when I can.

So sorry for your loss. I lost mom in 1998 and a son and a brother this year.

Hoping you find peace rac. My Mom has been gone for 18 years and Dad is fighting for his life with pneumonia at 91 as i type. It's just the way it goes. Memories are precious!

Thank you everyone. The funeral is today. It will be a tough one for me. She passed in her sleep with no illness or suffering.She took a nap with dad and went on. Shes with the Good Lord now.In our way its called the "Kiss of God" which means there was no suffering.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I can only imagine.
Take comfort in the manner of her passing and let this time bring you even closer to your father so that some good can come from something that hurts so much. Take care my friend.

So sorry for you and your dad's loss. May you be comforted by the fact that she passed peacefully and went to be with the Lord. Cherish your time with your dad.
