bass boat cheap

transom is starting to soften up and i dont have the time or place to properly store the boat and repair it.
its a 1981 glastron hpv165 bass boat
has a mercury 115hp outboard will do 44mph on gps
would be a great boat to fix or even use for the rest of the season
will come with minn kota 74lb trolling motor and 3 batteries,
and 2 hds5 gen 1 wired and linked, one on console one on bow.
hate to let her go
