Re: Lake Meridian kokanee disappearance

Hi Sideburns. Meridian is my home lake and I have noticed the same phenomena of few or no Kokanee to be caught after several years of plentiful fish from 2012 - 2015. Did you ever connect with the area fish bio? Any revelations? Another thing I’ve noticed at Meridian is an abundance of cormorants an...

Hot Spots for CR Reports

Would love to be able to use the hot spot tool in Columbia River reports. Would gladly provide the locations where I'm having success in my reports in exchange for the ability to get heat maps for these areas (especially useful when I'm fishing a new area the first few times - cuts down on a lot of ...

Open seat for Roosevelt Kokanee Sunday 7/3

Open seat for a partner to fish with me. Anyone want a shot at 4+ pound kokanee? Drop me a PM if you're interested. I'm heading over from the west side wee hours of Sunday 7/3 to target kokanee on Lake Roosevelt. Will likely launch at Keller. Report from my last visit to Roosevelt here: http://www.n...

Re: Heat Map Idea

Thanks, Mike. Not sure what all the new site includes but thought I'd at least get the idea in the mix. Whether it makes the next version of the site or one down the road it would be a useful tool so we don't spend too much time prospecting for kokanee in those great bass fishing spots or vice versa...

Re: Kokanee for Father's Day

Recent reports from summit do confirm willing biters and also a copepod infestation. Not harmful to eat but they don't look too pretty and may make the fish a bit sluggish on the fight. Latest reports from American have been better. As for me I'm also going to be kokanee fishing with my kiddo for da...

New Historical Data View

Would love to see a report of best lakes by species. Maybe also allow for filter by county.

Just saw a post of someone new to WA state looking for best place to catch certain species & thought this feature would give him a great head start.

Heat Map Idea

How about adding a filter to heat maps so we can filter by species? Also would be great to be able to drill down to the reports that generated the heat maps to get additional tips on tackle, depth, colors, speed etc. form the guys that marked the original hot spots.

Re: Lake Chelan Get-Together 2016!

I will be there and may have the Fish Princess along. I think you already have me in Downriggeral's headcount.

As he noted I will make a side &/or dessert in my dutch oven(s).

Add Marine Areas and Columbia River Zones to Historical Data

Would love to be able to get the same speices, color, and presentation reports for Columbia River zones (especially Lake Roosevelt & B10) that we can get for freshwater lakes. WOuld also like to be able to use the same queries/reports to get information for the MA's. Any chance this is included in t...

Looks like only $8 to change dates...no big deal. Will make the change once the date is settled. [thumbup] So sorry Fish Dawg, dinners on me. [blush][/quote] Thanks, Mike! Only challenge I foresee at this point will be moving my 3 night reservation back into dates that are 'non-reservable.' Once da...

Re: Garmin Handheld GPS

Until I got my current boat rigged with a Lowrance FF/GPS I used the eTrex & found it easy to use for speed over ground while trolling as well as marking way points. Did not experience the same trouble with losing connection reported by previous poster. May have just been better line-of-sight in the...
