RE:Potholes, Evergreen, or Billy Clapp?

Just drive along Hwy 262, the stretch from the dam to Rd M-NE is your best bet to camp along O'sullivan dam for free. There arent alot of spaces so on Memorial day it might be tuff finding a spot. Soda has camping and if u want rattlers this is the place and a few horseflies to boot. There are some ...

RE:Moses Lake...Whats going on down there along Strattford?

Yes Deltadog thats what they are after. They fish from Alder Street bridge area and the railroad bridge for spawning walleye. Its kind of a touchy situation with a lot of the local walleye guys because they do take quite a few of the spawners out but the flip side is that not everyone has a boat and...

Ya that was a tuff one to lose, they outplayed LA and should have had at least 3 goals. But oh well they will get them back later in the season. Definately starting to be a good rivalry. Love watching these guys.

RE:Billy Clap, sturgeon?

I can tell you that there is a 99% chance that there is sturgeon in BC. Adanced sonar and underwater cameras dont lie. Its no telling how they got in there but all those waterways are connected to the River. There are sturgeon in Moses as well as O'sullivan Dam I have actually seen them come to the ...

Burbot (fresh water ling)

The burbot (Lota lota) is the only gadiform (cod-like) fish inhabiting freshwaters. It is also known as mariah, the lawyer, and (misleadingly) eelpout. It is closely related to the marine common ling and the cusk. It is the only member of the genus Lota. The genus and species name "lota" comes from ...

With the money you have to spend why not get a combo in both. There are several decent combos for under $100 that way your covered for finese and power fishing. JMO Always good to get more for the money. :)

I really like the Rapala X-Rap and the glidin rap for early season small mouth and walleye. Once the weather warms a bit then I will throw the thunderstick and the jr for deeper water.
