Re: Kokanee fishing this year

Second consecutive bad kokanee year for meridian. The year before that was great though. The cutthroat seem to have moved in in their absence... By chance, do any of these slow kokanee fisheries share a common hatchery source? That was an interesting thought. I went and looked for 2014 and 2015 and...

Re: Kokanee fishing this year

I have done zero koke fishing this year, but I have read a bunch of good reports from Merwin and a few from Yale. And Lake Stevens as well as eastern Washington. That is why I was asking about Meridian in King County; Clear Lake, Pierce county; Summit and Ward lakes in Thurston County. These had la...

Kokanee fishing this year

I was wondering if anyone fished for kokanee in these Washington lakes this year: Meridian in King County;
Clear Lake, Pierce county; Summit and Ward lakes in Thurston County?
How was your catching of kokanee?
If caught, how big were they?

Thank you for the information.

Re: Underwater Camera

Depends on what you want from it and what kind of use? Go Pro type or Water Wolf? I have a go pro type that was fun but hard to get fish on it without worrying about loosing the fish. Then I got the Water Wolf which hooks right to your line and sees everything that looks at your lure (if the water ...

Re: Wireless Trolling Motor

Went out today and it worked. Meaning I worked it. Did not set anything was able to sit in the shade. Only had 2 bites that were close to each other so I thought it was the same fish but the film showed it was 2 different ones. Had issues with everything electrical in my boat that was there before ...

It was that I wasn't double clicking the key. I found the instructions among all the other paper work and installation pages. The quick reference guide doesn't help a lot. I would recommend one plays with it in the driveway...a lot

I didn't do anything. It wasn't in my instructions.

Re: Wireless Trolling Motor

Which exact model Ulterra did you get Toni - 2016 model or 2017 model? Do you have a link to the Cabellas add or a model number from the Ulterra? Actually, I think only the 2017 versions are bluetooth - did it come with the separate GPS puck? Also - which model of remote did you get? There are at l...

Re: Wireless Trolling Motor

I got the Riptide Ulterra installed at the Lacey Cabelas. But I, as of yet, can't figure out even how to deploy it. I downloaded the manual. Have the button guide. I see a deploy on the hand held screen but can't get it to deploy. I looked at youtube and the videos have a deploy button but I have a...

Re: MA-11 Boat launch?

Got there at 9:30 and was surprised to see the launch was not that busy. Most guys got there at o'dark thirty to get a jump on the crab I guess. Launching was not hard, but parking is a freaking nightmare. There are literally only about 15 parking spaces for truck/trailer combos, and 5 are handicap...

Did you see this? "stakeholder recommendations" Who are the stake holders in recreational salmon? We are now getting to input? It looks to me like they already have it figured out. If you are right then it might not be an option for "WAC 220-310-210 Possession and delivery of Canadian-origin food f...
