Re: Cascade/Upper Skagit help...Any Reports??

Hey fellow fisherman! Just wondering if anyone went up to the skagit or cascade again? Any fish? I heard rumors there might have been some decent fishing up there. I stuck to the Samish this weekend and got to C&R some wild coho which was fun. Saw the cascade river went way up so I assume it got a l...

Re: Snohomish river?

Also you can cross the river when its low enough on the very upper portion of the hole at Bob Heirman. Last year I crossed the river a few times lower past the stretch everyone fishes, but there were many deep holes to avoid and it was pretty sketchy, will not be doing that this year.

Re: It's finally going through Bass Pro buys Cabelas

Ive never been to bass pro shops but I have been to cabelas many times due to local access and gift cards. They are horrible at keeping gear stocked. Every time I go there the gear im looking for is very limited and 50% stocked or less. Except maybe bass gear. I do go to to 3 rivers in Woodinville q...

Re: Rules are rules right?

They "enforce" themselves so they basically do whatever they want. I have seen it on many other river systems as well. Ive seen abandoned nets that have been stuck on logs on the stilly. Also Ive seen Tulalip tribes use Dynamite in the bay, as well as dumping septic trucks into their creeks just 100...

Last year I had decent luck at Thomas Eddy Park (Heirman Wildlife preserve) on the Snoho, usually lots of people though. I will be heading to the Skagit tomorrow myself!
Thanks for the info Dj2loud!

Re: Lake Wa Coho!!

Try using a deep 6 diver for trolling if you go that route. They work great when u don't have downriggers and dive deep. Good luck!

Nooksack Boundarys??

Hey Question about the Nooksack: Im looking to go fish the Nooksack for the first time since I got sick of the Samish s*** show last year. Any good info? Re: Whatcom Creek - Bellingham Wa

Thanks jakefish. Yeah I have had some hobo steal my tackle box there, luckily it was a small box i prepped for the day there with minimal corkies & hooks. I keep my eye out and usually fish with a guy. And I have seen a report a couple years ago from someone with an unclipped Chinook, so I assume th...

Re: Whatcom Creek - Bellingham Wa

Yeah. It is a really fun chum fishery if you can try to avoid idiots haha fishing the opposite side of the wall is just as good. All i ever use is 1/4 - 1/2 slider weights and corkie and/or yarn and i reel em in till i get bored haha. Ill be on the Samish later this year after my honeymoon at the en...

Re: Lake Goodwin

I do best with chartreuse or orange power bait off bottom with 4-5 ft leader. My favorite sport is the southwest side. fishing from in front of the canal that goes to Shoecraft down to the southern-most cove where the houses with the hedges are. The "hedges" has been a great spot on that lake since ...
