Nice fish. I've caught a 7.5 out of Long lake where I could put my whole fist in its mouth with room to spare. That must be a fatty. Why isn't the whole fish showing in the 2nd pic ?

The whole fish isn't showing in picture 2 because.
At the point the whole fish including the scale is in the picture you are
unable to read the scale.
Trying to capture the scale reading on the picture of a Bass that's as long as my arm.
And for my own sanity, a working, accurate scale is absolutely necessary.

It's a nice fish. I have that style scale also, its pretty darn accurate. Does that scale have the readout on both sides like mine ?

My first, according to this site, lol, "Trophy Bass", yay! Not sure if I will make a report as my pictures will not load there, it seems (but they used to, I will try). Anyway, never thought about taking a measurement. Got this baby weighed in and some pictures taken (the would be best picture ends up blurry, go figure) and let her go. Not much of a fan of keeping bass in a livewell, so she spent a few minutes while I turned the scale on and got the camera set up. 7lbs. 15 oz. 4-15-2012.
