Salmon egg cures
I have been messing around with some different salmon cures. I have used fire cure and I like that alright. I just got a bunch of sockeye eggs from Alaska and they are a little green. Not terrible but not quite as plump as I'd like. If anyone has any secrets to make these guys milk out better or just have cure they would like to pass along feel free to PM me. Thanks in advance!!
