The Curlew tournament is completed. One tiger 44.25 inch muskie was caught in the tournament by Mike Crisanti.
Congrats Mike. We still have to be skunked in any of our Mountain Muskies Chapter tournaments; but it was close! [thumbsup]

Unfortunately Mountain Muskies chapter is phasing out by year's end. Lack of participation and interest by muskie fishermen in eastern Washington has finally taken its toll. Sad tale but nothing left for us to do. A lot of people put a lot of effort into the valiant effort the last 7 years. Our last hurrah was to install 10 of the 50" muskie signs at Curlew and two at Silver Lake. A couple of us will continue to do what we can individually.

Well that blows...a few really good sticks out east. How's the fishing been on silver, Newman and the upper Idaho tiger lakes...I will get out there more next year for sure...where the heck is muskie guy?
