The Clarkston/Lewiston area is prob. the closest place to go. I've been down once and did ok. Planning on maybe going back down this weekend. Most everybody is either trolling plugs (hot shots or wiggle warts) or their bobber fishing with jigs and/or shrimp.

You may have better success just working the Rufus Woods for trips....

Genetics are almost the same and I think it's a little closer.

my peninsula truck lines buddies are catching em between ice harbor and lower granite dam. if you fish above one of the dams use a black rock dancer jig with a shrimp. fish below the dams with wiggle warts. my favorite spot is lower granite dam below colfax. its a quick lil drive from spokane. the folks at boyer park will fill you in on what is working. make sure you use strong line this time of year, its time for some line peeler's t be caught. good luck! submit a report when you get back!!
