Go to the Off-topic forum and look at the thread regarding Tackle shops along the I-5 corridor. I cannot think of anything in the U- district, you will probably need to drive a little ways. The closest I can think of is FRed Meyer in Lake City. But Fred Meyer takes terrible care of the worms in my experience. They either have them healthy... have no worms... or have a whole bunch of rotten worms.
