It would be quite fun though
i would be jigging off the creek and maybe would hook into a big one and it starts going crazy and the rest would be history

Nononononono....YOU would be history. Sunken boat, cold creek water, 30+ props, treble hooks, king towing you around it all, your future wouldn't look so bright at that point.
Good luck in the livingston.

That heavy gear's gonna sink the boat! End of story.

just a note i heard the warden gave a few tickets to people fishing to close to the creek. i think it is 100yards you need to be away. However that is if you fishing for salmon, so if i pass through with my regular wedding ring following a flasher then that is legal...

RE:Lake Sammamish Salmon - are you fishing it yet?
my point was if i target the cutts then i legelly could fish all the way up the creek. not that i woud. it does amuse me when you do see all the boat hugging the creek.

seems like 100 yards would be plenty close, at least for us DR guys. Years ago I questioned some guys that were anchored up right at the mouth, casting buzz bombs and ripping them along. They stated "we're fishing for trout". I did stop in at the State Park and talked with the ranger, when I walked to the beach the guys were gone.
