Northwest Fishing Reports

Have some friends that want to go plunking the lower cow for some fall kings. Has anyone done It or heard anything about it. I have plunked for springers in the lower part of the river and have done very well. Just wondering if it was worth a shot, providing I find some deeper pools as fall kings like deeper water. Eggs, shrimp??
