Very delicious recipe and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 filleted salmon/trout
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 lemon

1. Turn your heat on to medium/hot and put about 1 tbs of olive oil into the pan and minced garlic.

2. Marinate your salmon/trout with salt and pepper.

3. Put the salmon in the pan skin side first and you will hear sizzling. Now turn down your heat to medium, medium/low. cook that side for about 3 min.

4. Cook the salmon until its done or however you like it cooked.

5. Now take out the salmon/trout and put it on your plate.

6. Next put 1 whole lemon into the pan w/o seed. add salt and pepper. Then add about 1 tbs of olive oil into the pan. Stir for 2 min.

7. Next take the salmon/trout in your plate and pour the lemon sauce you made on top of the salmon/trout and enjoy.

This recipe is easy to make and I guarantee you will love it.

When I get around to cooking the fish I am going to try it. That part at the end where the lemon and olive oil are in the pan being stirred-good way to get flavor. I think they call it de-glazing or something. I have seen cooks on TV do it.
