Lake Stevens Kokanee

Here are a few pictures of the finished product, very tasty indeed! Sunday night we had a bunch of folks over and enjoyed barbequed kokanee and then I smoked the remainder of the fish.

Those are gorgeous filets from the smoker.Nicely done.Ifin you send me a few filets Id give you my proffessional opinion on how delicious they are.

Can't tell what you did with those fish Rseas. Can you describe you cooked them. Looks like with some apples?:chef:
