Northwest Fishing Reports

Did some searching around, hard to find much info out there about these barnacles in the southern parts of Puget Sound! I know there is at least one commercial outfit in Vancouver that sells these "delicacies" internationally. I was thinking about going on a hunt to try some for myself (without paying $2+ a pop for em)

Anyone ever harvested these weird looking things? Any tips for where to find them? Thanks!
