Northwest Fishing Reports

So the Tulalip Bubble opened up for coho, this weekend and next weekend only. I'm not sure if I'll have access to a boat to get out. Can any of you tell me if there are any public beach areas I can float some herring from?

I have no clue about bank access, but you may be better off not trying it from a boat. Im betting its going to be a mad house!
