Is there anywhere in the state to catch Pollock?

I think Pollack are closed pretty much statewide. I may be wrong about the straights but I know they're closed in the sound

Pollock, true cod and other bottom fish were once abundant in Puget Sound. They were wiped out by bottom trawling in the 80s and have never recovered.

Pollock is open in Marine areas 1-7 to one degree or another. Closed every where else.

So, is there anyway to target them or is it extremely rare to catch one?
