Northwest Fishing Reports

I want to fish the Columbia River, concentrating my efforts near the mouths of the Lewis, Kalama and Cowlitze rivers. I was told a lot of guys use this anchor pulling system. Just looking for advice before I invest my money. A danger i see would be something drifting downstream and hanging up on the anchor line.
