Shakespere "Wonder Rod"
In Cleaning out my fathers and my old fishing gear I came across a Shakespere Wonder Rod. Its a 3 piece fiberglass 6 foot rod. I looked up this model . Its a 1956 - 1959 rod still in its original plastic packaging. The guides make it a Baitcaster rod. I love finding this old tackle.I tried to load a picture of it but oh well/

I had a 7ft spinning wonder rod when I was younger. Got it at a garage sale sale for a couple bucks. That was a fun rod for floating herring for silvers off Les Davis and dash pt. I was dumb and gave it away when the guides started rusting on it though.
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga, except i still get to kill something.
