cabela's is a prime candidate to take over the former costco warehouse in union gap. foursquare properties have plans to develope the former costco property, they are the same development firm that worked with cabela's on the stores in post falls, idaho and billings,mont. the foursquare site plan shows the costco building split into two large retail spaces and cabela's is listed to occupy one of the store fronts which is 65,000 sqft about half the sizeof the post falls store that is 125,000 sqft, its not a done deal but they are looking at it. this is stated in the yakima herald republic newspaper. <')//<

In the new 2008 Master Fishing Catalog it does show a star in that area as a future location. I think it's coming real soon.
