Want to report, but lake is not listed

Post by joetucker803 » Sun Jun 07, 2015 12:44 pm

Hey guys, I fished Quartz Creek Pond this weekend just because I was in the area.

I did really well -- 5 trout on Kastmasters in 30 minutes. Quartz Creek Pond is on the Little Naches Road off of 410, and actually in Kittitas county (barely).

Just to make your job easier, if you want to add this "pond" to your database, it is a very small pond, but contains a productive population of Brook Trout year round. It is stocked once a year with 300 (ish) Rainbows, and gets fished out of the Rainbows fast. But, the Brookies are a lot more of a challenge to catch, which is kind of fun. I'll attach a google earth picture of the lake.

Joe

Just posted your report. cool of you to share a location with other anglers. So many selfish coments on the Internet about giving away spots, it's nice to see the opposite.
