Daiwa Tatula Type R 100SXL

Post by Elijah.Loves.Fishin » Sat Feb 17, 2018 8:50 pm

Have too many reel so I'm downsizing. I bought this a couple years ago and used it a decent amount the first year but then not so much after that. The main reason being that I fish braid to leader a lot and the knot from 65 lb braid to a 20 lb leader doesn't fit through the TWS. This is the 100XSL model meaning that it has an 8.1:1 gear ratio and is a left hand retrieve.

It's got a bit of boat rash and it is missing the cap that goes over the bolt on the reel handle but those are all cosmetic. Mechanically the reel is solid and operates smoothly.

These retailed for $200 new. I'm asking for $80 firm.

(Note: The flash makes it look worse than it really is. It makes the star drag look old and rough but its still smooth and glossy like the rest of the reel.)
