wonder if you guys can help me, how long do you keep cured eggs in the fridge before you toss them out?

Until they mold [laugh] I put mine back in the freezer if i'm not going to use them within the week.

Mine has no mold just ben cured and aitimg in fridge for 6months

I'd say you have some well cured eggs. I used to cure with just borax and salt, they never even got refrigerated. Kept in a cool place but not the fridge. They juiced up fine and stayed on the hook really well. Really good for plunking.

I have some jars of cured eggs that has been in the freezer for a couple of years now and I will still fish them. [wink]

When mine start to mold I make chum out of them for lake fishing where they are allowed.
