Bob Heirman Memorial Coho Derby

River Coho Derby to be held October 7, in the Snohomish, Skykomish, and Snoqualmie rivers, in memory of long time Snohomish sportsman Bob Heirman. 1st place $2000, 2nd place $1000, 3rd place $500, presented by 3 Rivers Marine & Tackle. Tickets available at Ted's, John's, Greg's, Triangle, and 3 Rivers.

Bob was a client of mine, would come in to my office and talk fishing for hours. Bummed that I will be out of town that weekend. I hope it's a very successful event.

Did bob pass away?? I used to chat him up over at blackmans lake and various places. Sad to hear he is gone if that is indeed the case.

Yes he lost his battle with cancer the end of April this year. Great guy with a ton of knowledge.

The Wallace River is now open, and has been added to waters open to enter derby fish from.
