9/6/2016 10:05:00 AMI never go below vernita bridge. I have heard that there are some nice areas to fish specifically the punch bowl hole and some productive transition water. I hit a sandbar a few years back and had to use my kicker to get back to the launch. I don't want to go thru that again so I always go upriver for that reason. I'll fish the king hole if it's not crowded, but I try to stay away from it because the King hole seems to always have people who think they own that stretch of the river or something. Or someone hooks up and no one steers the boat because they are all watching. Almost had a few boats drift into me in the past.
