11/8/2015 7:50:00 AMThanks for the report. Question for you: how do you get to the top side of the dam? Do you take your boat through the locks? Or is there a boat launch up there that's accessible by road? Looking at the map, it looks like you'd have to drive across the dam to do that.

11/8/2015 10:02:00 AMI'm guessing you've been to boyer marina boat launch ? You take that road up to the dam make a call with the phone that is up there and the guard will come take you across, there is shore fishing over there above and below the dam and there is a boat launch south of dam..
