We arrived at the launch at 6:30am same as the MuskyHunter. Got off to a slow start, I targeted Muskies for the first couple of hours with no success! Momma finally landed the first smallie of the morning-Good job Momma! Then Junior Hit one, followed up by a Rock Bass. Finally, it was my turn to land some smallies. I did have one follow from a Musky around 11am, he chased my tube back to the boat.....switched up to my musky gear and fan cast all over the place with no luck.. Had to move on, I saw Muskyhunter drifting behind me so I let him know the Musky was in the area. Todd can tell you the rest. Also got to meet Red out there this morning, he said he got one at 41", must have been around 7am (nice to meet you Red!). Had a great morning with the wife and one kid, too bad my daughter wasn't there. We ended up the day with 9 smallies, one rock bass, one follow and one extra sighting. The big bass of the Day was an awesome 20.5 inches and only weighed 3lbs 9oz.

Hitting it with Craig tomorrow.

Sorry about the photos boys I didn't have time to put my shirt on with the big one!

Nice smallie! Where on the lake did you get him? I'll be out on Tapps again on Sunday too.
