Thanks to Matt's info I got to this great spot by the hatchery. TONS OF FISH!!! I was fishing the hatchery side of the river, first 10 minutes... FISH ON! Used white and purple UV yarn with a UV bead....

I was out yesterday at around 8 o'clock. I got bit on my first cast and landed it. Didn't catch anything else besides a bullhead. Over all It was an ok day.

The Pinks were there!!! I had my limit within 20 minutes. Right when I got there, a large school passed by. First cast, first fish and it was a coho! Third cast, the fish was sacrificed to the seals.....

I CAUGHT MY VERY FIRST STEELHEAD!!!!!! It was a wild summer run steelhead. It was 28 inches long, and it look like it weighed 9 or 10 pounds. I also hooked what looked like a jack chinook salmon.
