By the looks of it the coho are starting to show in better numbers then expected......

Even talked to fish Biologist at whatcom---- 100's of coho ( hatchery and natives) are mixed in with the chums.... No steelhead as of yet......

What is an escapement?

I believe escapement is a word used to describe the number of salmon or steelhead that return to a hatchery or place of origin.
