i was there aswell and some idiots put with the picnic table on the boat launch side about 20 yds west of the dock and about 30 yds off shore. thanks you idiots for disrespecting the lake. i havent been back yet to see if someone actually went out there to get it or if the ice has melted creating a nice snag right where everyone including myself likes to fish...

Kids will be kids. You can get all upset over it, or you can realize that hey, they're just kids, and it's relatively harmless, and most of us probably did similar things when we were young.

I was out there on the 14th and I saw that side of the lake froze up. I also noticed someone had put one of the picnic benches out there.
Myself and 3 other fishermen saw the park guys (across the lake)go pick up the bench from the ice and put it back. When the park worker approached our side of the lake to empty the garbage ect, I talked to him and he said yea they got it back fine and this time they were going to chain it down like the rest of them.

Sorry I don't specialize in Picnic tables like yourself....
I have other things to prioritize...Finding out the different constructions of picnic tables ain't one of em.
At the end of the day kids are kids. It's a picnic table for gods sake. Relatively harmless in my opinion....

I had a friend just recently show me a picture from his home in hoodsport. the whole canal was iced over and thats salt water! I'm glad its now a blistering 50 degrees. I don't mind the cold, but prolonged sub freezing temeratures aint cool.

well you can see it as the kids did it or use it as atificial habitat once that goes down im sure the fish will like the structure.
