For those who want a good trout bake recipe, so good it makes freshly stocked planter trout taste good:
Filet the trout leaving the skin on, put a little oil on a half baking sheet, put trout on skin side down. Pre heat oven to 375°. In a small bowl mix 1/4 cup mayo with 1 Tbsp lime juice, mix until texture is smooth and consistent. Spread the mayo (aoli) on the filet, sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the filets. Melt some butter and drizzle that over the filets then bake for 15-20 minutes depending on how much you are baking. This recipe is very very tasty if done right.
