Beans beans and Musical fruit

I've been on a high fiber eating pattern which includes alot of beans.Just as a heads up S&W beans on sale at Bartells for .69 a can.Great price for Garbanzo,Black,Kidney,and Black Eyed Peas,and Chilli beans.I make a vegiterrean chilli that I eat twice a day.I take 1 can of Black,Kidney and Great Northern beans in a pot.I add 1 can stewed tomatos 1 can tomatoe sauce,1 can (sm)tomato paste.I then add Dark chilli powder,1/2 tsp ground cayene,some red pepper flakes,1 tblsp of molasses.I then add some sauted onions using Pam as the oil.Add the onions in and let cook in a sm crockpot for a while.Its a great fat free recipe that is filling and at least 7 grams of fiber per serving.(dont plan on fishing too early in the morn)Hehehe
