Pinks from shore

I'm new to fishing for Pinks and was wondering if anyone has tried from the beaches at Golden Gardens, Discovery Park, or Karkeek Park and had any luck. Also, what's the best method for catching them? I've read using buzz bombs or floating pink jigs or squid, but how deep do I set them under the bobber? Any help would be appreciated. I'm pretty much starting from scratch as far as what I know, I've always fished fresh water before.

Gonzaii sir,
I live a couple blocks from Carkeek. You can catch them with a Pink buzz bomb via shore. Cut is NOTHING near as plentiful ad say, the Snohomish river in late August. But the flip side is very few anglers, beach combers, etc.
yes, people fish and catch at Golden Gardens/Shilshole, but MANY more beach combers. Lincoln Park is pretty successful as well.

Thanks, I'm pretty close to Carkeek so I'll check it out in a couple weeks when they start showing up.

I did well at Lincoln Park. Its a pretty long walk to the fishing area even from street parking. It was packed when I was there but plenty of fishing room still. I fished in front of the public pool area.
