Across from the casino is Old Mill Bay Park in Manson. I don't believe the casino itself has a hotel. State Park is on the other side of the lake. There are quite a few hotels in Chelan itself though.

Mountain view lodge is a great place to stay and about a mile from Mill bay boat launch!
