I just submitted my summer crab report on-line and noticed this small notice on one of the pages....

You will need your summer Dungeness Crab Catch Record Card to complete this survey and qualify for the free fishing combination raffle.

Please enter the 14 digit document number that is printed on your summer catch record card.

I cant find any info anywhere on the WDFW website. Anyone have any clue when/how this works?
