I checked out that link and it seems the Puget Sound Float Tube Clube doesn't exist anymore. It was created in 08 but the page is pretty much down and i can't find anything else about it. Sad!

Well this year I'd love to get a combo license and do some salt/fresh. I've never fly fished so that would be great to try.
