The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission issued a SEPA “Determination of Non-Significance” (DNS) for the proposed project on March 25, 2011. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with State Parks. This environmental checklist, the DNS, and other related information is available by contacting Randy Kline at (360) 902-8632 or by email at randy.kline@parks.wa.gov.

This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2) and State Parks will not act on this proposal until the comment period has ended. Comments must be submitted by April 8, 2011, or they may not be considered.
