Wendy's message unedited

" Hey all,
This is Wendy and I wanted to give you a heads up on the Rest Stop Coffee Project. Your help is really needed especially since our club is smaller this year. If you know of someone to work with you who is not a paid member, that is ok. That is another way to get people involved.

Dates:
Saturday: August 8th from 2:00 through Wednesday the 12th to 12:00. As William stated, we typically need crews to work 4 hours. Nights are usually a bit longer. If you can work longer shifts or multiple shifts, please let us know. It would really help out especially if you would be traveling a short distance to help.

We usually go from Wed to Sat. This year is reversed. We go from Saturday to Wednesday. I will fill up the shifts from Sat on first then work on to Weds.

I am reaching out to our wonder retirees we who are still working are not going to be able to do much after Sunday. We need you especially Monday through Wednesday.

The food and coffee will be there. All of the directions will be handy. All you need to do is comes naturally, talk with very interesting people who also love to donate for that coffee or cookies. Coffee will need to be made and a phone call or two regarding supplies.

I will call but if you can do it...please e-mail me. It will save a phone call or two.

Our club is different this year and much more informal. Because of this, we need your help more than ever.
Also, please do me a favor, if you are out of town and can't do it because of health, let me know so I won't be calling you. If you know of someone who would be available, please let me know.
Looking forward to talking with you.
Wendy Wenger"
