Member Listing - Easier Access

Hi there -
What about putting a link in the Members Button Drop-Down List that would lead to the Member Listings ?

I know that the listing of Members can be brought up - AFTER going into the Forums section (and then logging in if you have not already) - but what about putting this access under the Members Button up in the header bar with the other buttons. You could still verify membership prior to accessing the list, but I think it would be more convenient for members to contact others directly and seeing profiles if one did not have to go to the forums section first.

Just a thought.
