Here we are at the mid-July point already.
There are 2 events that we need to have volunteers to help out. Next month in August we are scheduled for the Rest Stop Weekend at the Fife I-5 rest stop. Dates still to settle down and be transmitted to you. Typically we need crews of 2 for 4 hours per shift for 16 hours coverage each day. 4 days....I think.... maybe only 3 days this year. Wendy Wenger httctutor@aol.com is coordinating this one. You may have gotten a phone call already. If so the phone call information is correct.
Now the second event is C.A.S.T. for Kids at Coulon Park on Saturday Sept 12, 2009 starting at 7AM. We need to know who will be available. We need to know who can provide a boat. Bob Kemer is coordinating this one and you can contact him at 206-949-1355 or on line at bdkfish@yahoo.com. We have managed to always provide some quality help for this event. A Saturday morning once a year. You can help on shore or on a boat. Call BOB.
This weekend we are scheduled to go to Banks Lake for a fishin fun time chasing those Whylie Walleye. If any make it....meet up at Coulee City at 4PM Saturday July 25 in the park for stories, some food, and to know we made it. BYOB "Bring your own bag (food)"
August 15, 2009 Lake Sammamish to go do some slimer....Kokanee fishing, Kemer needs to show us where to get something bigger than 8".
August 22, 2009 Browns Point to see if we can get a Pink or 2.
We really need to have you respond to the volunteer calls for the Rest Stop and C.A.S.T. for Kids. Hope to hear from you soon,
William
