Welcome to the forum. Very popular method for catching Walleye is bottom bouncers, read this thread here: Bottom Bouncers

Once the fish are located, vertical jigging can work well. Read through the reports for both lakes and you can get a good idea what people are using to catch Walleye.

Banks Lake is perfect for bottom bouncers, but Moses is perfect for trolling crankbaits on the outside weed line. For some reason, probably due to the depth at Moses, the Walleye tend to hug the outside weed line and I like to just catch the grass, drag it out, hold onto the rod.

Yes, you catch a lot of Bass that way also.
Too much water, so many fish, too little time.

Basically look for flats or ledges in the 10-12' range get yourself some 1/2 to 3/4 oz bottom walkers with double whammy spinners tipped with a nice crawler and # 7 or 9 shad raps, Troll in the 1-1.5 mph area. Works great on Moses. Once you find fish just make a troll back and forth til you dont pick up anymore then continue on. On Banks use the same techn. just move a little deeper, you can also troll original rapalas or floater behind the walker on banks for deeper water. Good Luck PM me if you need anything more.

New to the site, am planning my first trip to Banks this weekend. Usually fish the Spokane Arm this time of year but low water has us seeking other options. Will be targeting Walleye. Thanks for any recent information on when, where and what to try.
