What's your favorite solar/lunar time to fish?

Just wondering what some of your favorite solar/lunar or combination, times are to fish?
Morning, noon, evening
Moon rise, moon set, moon overhead, moon underfoot
Apogee, perigee
Full moon, half moon, new moon
Days before or after the above mentioned

I noticed that the different charts dont alway agree on times.
This year, I have been using a combo of 2 charts to determine when to go, providing
weather and work dont conflict with the time.

I usually base when I go fishing on Weather.com's fishing forecast. I'll head out a few hours before the peak fishing time to allow for setup and "warming up." Regardless of the forecast I try to get out whenever I can to one of the nearby lakes even if its only for a few hours in the evening.

I chose to go fishing when I can, not because some table tells me to.:clown:

I found out a long time ago that most of the tables work for Salt water, but when you get to the limited tidal basin changes of our fresh water domain, it makes little difference.

I have also found out that with rare exception, there are fish biting someware on any body of water at all times, you just need to find the right method, at the right time.

I guess I wont make any friends with the makers of the tables with this post will I? LOL

Lunar??? solar??? I just light a couple of big candles on either side of the bow, shake the bag bones and wave a dead chicken over the boat while chanting.......... Aaahhhhh never mind....... I mean......

Tide tables very important for salt fishing. The bigger the tide the better, it's lunar. As for freshwater, I'll stick with the candles and the dead chicken.
