Lake Stevens Kokanee

Here are a few pictures of the finished product, very tasty indeed! Sunday night we had a bunch of folks over and enjoyed barbequed kokanee and then I smoked the remainder of the fish.

mmm... looks good. I dont think Im going to be able to wait till the derby to go get some.

Those are gorgeous filets from the smoker.Nicely done.Ifin you send me a few filets Id give you my proffessional opinion on how delicious they are.
