RE:Camp Chef Smoker Vault video review posted
They seem like really good smokers. I had seen another video about them a few years back when I was looking up new recipe ideas. They are a lil more pricey though compared to other smokers. But insulated walls is a really key feature and these have them. I ended up gettin a sweet Digital smoker from masterbuilt. They have fully insulated walls also and you can add smoke through a lil hole in the side instead of opening the door. Thats another feature I love. I pretty much just set it and forget it. Well add some wood for smoke 1 or 2 times and thats all. I need to start smoking more things though. Ive done fish, ribs, pork chops, chicken and brisket so far. Its effortless cooking really. Slow low and smokey = awesome food.
More fish please!
