Camp Chef Smoker Review

This year at our writers "Fish Camp" we were treated to some excellent smoked fish by Camp Chef. I got to see the smoker and talk with their representative, Steve McGrath. If you are looking for a superior quality smoker this is the unit for you. It's on my Christmas wish list!
