The Washington State Parks & Recreation Commission will be hosting an informational meeting on Thursday, September 29, 2011 to discuss possible habitat restoration work and changes to camping and day-use areas at Dosewallips State Park. The Dosewallips work is one of several alternatives being considered by the U.S. Navy as mitigation for the planned Bangor Trident Support Facilities Handling Wharf.

The informational meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Brinnon Fire Station, 272 Schoolhouse Rd, Brinnon.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to receive information, please contact Lisa Lantz at 360-725-9777 or by email at Lisa.Lantz@parks.wa.gov.
