link to regs in description of lake

Post by reigndawgs » Sat Apr 02, 2011 12:32 pm

I know it would be a pain to keep updated, but I would love to see a link to the regulations for any lake straight from the Lake description. Alternatively I would love to see information added for every lake stating when it is open, what type of gear is allowed, whether it allows internal combustion engines (if so, is there a speed limit) and information on available lodging/camping.

I realize a lot of this changes and is available other places, but it would really add to the website for me.

a huge amount of work, because the 1000 or so lakes we have in our data base would have to be updated each year for any changes.

sorry, until I retire and can work on the web site full time this isn't likely to happen.

UPDATE - we can do the lake motor question on this thread, but I am going to need help, so please get googling and post those links and I'll organize them into the first post on the thread for easy reference.
